As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to fuel our continued growth and innovation. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand their needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
What You'll Be Doing:
The base salary range is: $80,000 - $90,000
The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand their needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, etc.) and non-technical roles in a remote environment in the US.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Creating and posting job descriptions on company websites, social media platforms, and other job boards.
- Sourcing Expertise: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Technical Screening: Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess candidates' skills and experience, and collaborate with hiring teams to develop effective evaluation methods.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance and support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- ATS Management: Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Other Administrative Duties: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, drafting and sending offer letters to selected candidates, assisting with the logistics of new hire onboarding, and more.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a start-up or a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of current market trends.
- Experience recruiting for a growing technology company.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse.
- Certifications related to recruitment.
