About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Gen AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that will revolutionize the P&C Insurance industry. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects, collaborate with a team of brilliant engineers, and contribute to the forefront of AI innovation.

What You’ll be Doing:

·       Research, design, and develop advanced Generative AI models, including but not limited to:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Diffusion Models
• Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)
• Variational Autoencoders (VAEs)

·       Train and fine-tune pre-trained models on specific tasks and datasets.

·       Develop and implement robust and scalable AI/ML pipelines.

·       Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of AI models.

·       Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI research and technology.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, cx, engineering) to translate research into real-world applications.

·       Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for responsible AI development and deployment.

Role Requirements:

·       Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

·       P&C insurance background is a plus!

·       Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.

·       Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models.

·       Proficiency in Python and relevant deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

·       Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

·       Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·       Passion for AI research and a strong desire to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

·       Experience working on a Platform oriented architecture

·       Experience working with databases (Elastic/Snowflake/Cassandra/RDBMS/MariaDB/MySQL/NoSQL)

·       Working knowledge of JIRA, Git, Gitlab, Jenkins

·       The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $150,000 to $200,000. The final compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, education, skills, and industry knowledge.
