Conway Beam has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Lease Administration Manager to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the vehicle acquisition and disposal processes; perform all vehicle titling, registrations, and fuel tax permit renewals.
- Directly supervise the Fleet Administrator; duties include billing, accounts receivable and collections, trip reporting for Highway Use Tax (HUT) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).
- Monitor customer compliance with fuel tax and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate rental reservations and equipment among five locations.
- Support sales team in lease account management; oversee the lifecycle of lease agreements, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring all parties comply with the lease terms.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and provide support to contractual customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain organized and complete electronically filed records in accordance with record retention policies.
