Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Conduct regular reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform data entry tasks to input financial transactions into Sage accounting software
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage or similar systems
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
