Position Summary:
Education:
The Cook – Food Court/Grill prepares a variety of meats, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Three (3) years institutional or restaurant cooking experience required.
- One (1) year experience working as a line cook in a fast past environment preferred.
Special Skills:
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Strong verbal communication skills required.
