Responsibilities
In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient flow. Your duties will include administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress. As a Charge Nurse, you will also oversee the activities of the nursing team and make decisions regarding patient assignments and staffing levels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid South Carolina nursing license and at least two years of experience. You should also have the ability to work as a charge nurse and precept new graduates. A government-issued photo ID and proof of I-9 or attestation are required, along with verification through E-verify or attestation if applicable.
