Guaranteed Hours : Based on hours signed

License : Valid State License required at time of submission

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have : Charge experience required

Job Description :

• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients with a focus on telemetry.
• Responsible for maintaining patient ratios of 1 : 6 / 1 : 7.
• Weekend shifts required on an every-other-weekend basis.
• Will float to different units within the hospital as needed; no floating to sister facilities.
• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation using Cerner.
• Required to wear black scrubs.
• Flu vaccine required, with allowances for medical or religious exemptions.
• Orientation will consist of 16 non-billable hours.
• Must be open to night shifts without block scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to handle charge nurse responsibilities and duties.

Note : Locals are accepted at the same rate. Minimal to no time off requests are allowed; any requests not discussed during the interview will not be approved.
