What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credentialing Specialist position at Conway Regional?
The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for performing the credentialing functions as well as assisting with coordinating credentialing correspondence and gathering supporting documentation from the providers.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: The incumbent shall have at least a high school diploma with post high school business education preferred.
Minimum Experience: Previous provider credentialing experience preferred. The incumbent should be proficient in enrollment terminology, grammar, spelling, and general communication skills.
Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
