Responsibilities
- To sell Plumbing/HVAC Services by outbound telemarketing calls in required volumes to meet or exceed both the company and personal quotas and income requirements.
- Order Handling and Processing
- Turn in all contracts/orders promptly, properly signed and filled out completely and legiblyPlanning
- Create a written daily, weekly and monthly activity plans
- Maintain a database to follow up on any sales opportunities developed
- Territory Marketing
- Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers
- Create/Maintain target prospect lists
- Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts
- Customer Service and Support
- Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied
- Periodically call on each customer ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals
- Report and/or handle all complaints
- Provide phone/administrative assistance to Department Managers to ensure that all jobs are performed efficiently by field personnel.
- General Sales and Management
- Attend sales meetings
- Understand and apply, where necessary, all bulletins and communications
- Follow managements directives
Qualifications
- Experience in sales on the phone with professional phone etiquette.
- Great at Closing. Able to handle high volume out bound calling.
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; Driven, highly efficient and responsible.
- Sales experience required.
