The Driver Payroll Representative is expected to abide by and enforce the policies and procedures of FFE, including regular and prompt attendance, production requirements, timely and efficient completion of tasks and responsibilities, as well as promoting teamwork and cooperative effort. - Collect, organize and process driver payroll data - Audit reimbursement receipts in AS400 Imaging system and release corresponding payroll transactions as required - Review driver advance transactions and release for payroll processing according to established guidelines - Audit weekly payroll trial for errors - Audit final driver pay checks to ICC Driver Pay Summary Report and prepare for mailing - Assist with passenger insurance list updates and assist in processing monthly charges - Assist with filing and maintaining personnel and payroll files for current and prior drivers - Assist with maintaining driver and payroll masters within AS400 system when necessary - Assist drivers with payroll inquiries via telephone, Qualcomm, and/or e-mail - Assist in calculating, recording, and paying vacation, sick leave and bonus payments to drivers - Assist with processing and mailing of bad debt letters - Assist with mail-room duties - Other duties as required We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, LTD, life insurance, and more, as well as a matching 401(k) plan.
