Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our new home offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of real estate laws and market trends. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and neighborhood amenities.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase homes effectively to highlight their unique qualities.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with prospective buyers regularly.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and real estate laws to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Attend company training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Prospect new business by partnering with Real Estate agents and Brokerages for new buyers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, 1 year minimum experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, market dynamics, and Fair Housing regulations.
  • TN real estate license in good standing is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $262,500.00 per year
