Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and neighborhood amenities.
- Conduct property tours and showcase homes effectively to highlight their unique qualities.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with prospective buyers regularly.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Stay informed about local market trends and real estate laws to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Attend company training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Prospect new business by partnering with Real Estate agents and Brokerages for new buyers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, 1 year minimum experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, market dynamics, and Fair Housing regulations.
- TN real estate license in good standing is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism.
