What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Cook Brothers Truck Parts?
Job Duties Include:
1. Pick product for orders to be delivered to the customer or to be picked up by the customer
2. Receive merchandise that has been shipped to the branch and verify contents - for both internal branch transfers or external supplier incoming shipments
3. Cycle count product to verify inventory quantities as needed
4. Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately
5. Pack product in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping
6. Process paperwork to ensure inventory remains accurate
7. Treat merchandise with care and concern at all times
8. Keep warehouse clean and safe at all times
9. Perform other job duties occasionally as directed by store manager, such as delivery or clerical functions. IF APPLICABLE, WE WILL PROVIDE FORKLIFT TRAINING!
10. Must have zero weight lifting restrictions...our industry has heavy items and this position requires lifting, handling and loading/unloading heavy parts - sometimes weighing over 80lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- General Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- Order Picking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Shipping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)
