What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Cook Chevrolet-Buick?
We would love to hire someone to be a Receptionist at the front desk of our dealership. This person would receive all incoming calls to the store and determine where each caller should be directed.
Someone with receptionist background and/or great customer service and people skills would excel at this job. Basic administrative background would also be helpful as it would be used in various daily clerical tasks, filing, etc.
The person we hire for this job should also demonstrate good multitasking skills and be willing and able to learn new routines quickly and easily. We are always happy to train and help individuals grow at our store.
Applicants should be fluent in Microsoft Office and be familiar with how a telephone system and switchboard work. Above all, we value someone that can communicate professionally, courteously, and efficiently with both customers and employees.
