Job Summary
Perform a variety of specialized and independent tasks surrounding the management of the Bureau/Department grant and financial activities. Execute day-to-day financial and administrative activities, such as operations budgeting and tracking, payroll, corporate budget analysis and projections, and financial reporting. Assist the manager in preparing budgets and financial analyses for the grants.
Minimum Qualifications
The duties listed are not set forth for purposes of limiting the assignment of work. They are not to be construed as a complete list of the many duties normally to be performed under a job title or those to be performed temporarily outside an employee’s normal line of work.
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry,
push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for
brief periods of time.

- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher and
- Two (2) years of finance, accounting, or directly related experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

- Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.
- Knowledge of grants lifecycles, financial processes, and budgeting.
- Ability to review work products in detail to ensure they are clear, concise, and free of errors.
- Ability to plan and prioritize day-to-day activities by urgency and importance.
- Ability to make informed, objective decisions and refer to leadership when needed.
- Ability to assume responsibility and ownership of work products to deliver quality business results.
- Ability to provide moderate-level insight, advice and expertise to other professionals, management, and
- Ability to operate as a team player and communicate specialized knowledge team members, managers, and
