Job Summary
Deliver quality customer service to both internal staff and the general public throughout the entire employment
process. Manage various Human Resources functions efficiently. Receive and manage employment documents,
ensuring proper recordkeeping and secure storage. Collaborate with third-party vendors for coordinated activities.
Serve as a liaison with department heads to provide support for their respective departments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and
- Two (2) years of human resources, professional office, or directly related experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.
- Knowledge of the basic principles and techniques related to Human Resources Administration, particularly with
- Ability to guide new and potential employees through the onboarding process and to serve the general public
- Skill in gathering and reviewing confidential materials or information.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain the confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information
that may arise.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle HR systems.
- Ability to organize moderately complex activities and operations for a program, process, or service.
- Ability to facilitate outcomes across organizational work areas, management, and teams.
- Ability to independently interpret, develop, and implement defined plans and policies.
