Travel Registered Nurse- Case Manager
Shift: Days
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours
Location: Fort Myers, FL
For Travelers: $2300/week - $2400/week
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective managed care and discharge planning.
- Provide patient education and support regarding treatment options and health management.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold medical terminology standards.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and nursing practices to enhance patient service and care.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start December and January
