Job description
Title: Travel-Registered Nurse-Medical/Surgical
Shift: Day and Night shifts available
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours
Location: Soldotna, AK
Pay Breakdown:
- Non-Taxable Pay (weekly): $1800
- Taxable Pay (weekly): $720
- Weekly Gross Pay (35hrs): $2520
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg setting, including IV insertion and catheterization.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and manage tube feeding as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
- Ensure compliance with BLS protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist in airway management and specimen collection when required.
- Support patients and families through health coaching and education.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start ASAP
Certifications:
- BLS
- AK State license
