Title: Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical- Travel
Shift: 12 Hours Days
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours
Location: Janesville, WI
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion.
- Administer medications and perform tube feeding as necessary.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies, ensuring basic life support protocols are followed.
Pay Breakdown:
- Pay Package (weekly) (40 Hrs)
- Total Non-taxable Pay- $1246/-
- Total Taxable Pay-$972/-
- Gross Total Pay-$2218/-
Other Benefits:
- One-time Travel Allowance: $300 in your 4th Pay
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start ASAP
Certifications:
- BLS
- WI State License
