Travel Registered Nurse- Telemetry
Shift: Nights and Days (Both available)
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours
Location: South Charleston, WV
Pay Breakdown:
- Taxable Pay (weekly): $1280
- Non-Taxable Pay (weekly): $1080
- Weekly Gross Pay (36 hrs): $2360
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit, including monitoring vital signs and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EMR/EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
- Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications to respond effectively to emergencies.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start ASAP
- Travel experience required
Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- WV State license
