Registered Nurse-RN Wound Care-Travel
Shift: Days (8 hours)
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours
Location: Madison, WI
For Travelers: $2706/week for 40 Hours
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to BLS and ACLS protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in post-acute care settings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Manage wound care effectively, utilizing relevant skills and knowledge in physiology and critical care as needed.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients, including those with diverse needs.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start ASAP
Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NY State License
- Wound Care Certification
