Allied- Sterile Processing (SPT) - Travel
Shift: Afternoons: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (8 hrs)
Duration: 13 Weeks, with extension possibility
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours
Location: Towson, MD
For Travelers: $1050/week - $1100/week
Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Implement aseptic techniques during processing to prevent contamination.
- Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for surgical procedures.
- Maintain certifications, including CRCST and BLS, to uphold industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of recent Experience - Required
- Ready to start ASAP
Certifications:
- BLS
- CRCST
