What are the responsibilities and job description for the HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER) position at Cook County Offices Under the President?
Deliver quality customer service to both internal staff and the general public throughout the entire employment
process. Manage various Human Resources functions efficiently. Receive and manage employment documents,
ensuring proper recordkeeping and secure storage. Collaborate with third-party vendors for coordinated activities.
Serve as a liaison with department heads to provide support for their respective departments.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and
- Two (2) years of human resources, professional office, or directly related experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.

- Ability to facilitate outcomes across organizational work areas, management, and teams.
- Ability to independently interpret, develop, and implement defined plans and policies.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work
