Opcenter Data Coordinator

Overview

The Data Coordinator position assists teams in understanding how data should be structured in Opcenter utilizing PLM, EAM and Cook Learn data to ensure coordinating parts and related documentation is updated correctly. They are responsible for entering all data requests for new parts and updates to existing parts and processes into the Opcenter system accurately.

Responsibilities

- Assists Production, Engineering and Business Enterprise System teams to understand how each part is built in Production. - Ensures that Parts, Processes, Data Values remain in alignment with the establish data model.- Understands how the data in PLM, Opcenter, Cook Learn, EAM and jBase all interact so parts and processes can be loaded correctly and systems maintain alignment.- Assists with the development, modeling and entry of all new parts in Opcenter. - Tracks documentation relating to data model changes during the rollout process to ensure that updates are made in a timely manner.- Coordinates data loading in Opcenter to ensure project timelines and all applicable Quality System Requirements are met.- Must be able to adapt and learn new software and systems easily. - Ability to multi-task and use strong judgment in accessing priority of tasks.- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to be able to identify and correct data issues in Opcenter and coordinating systems. - Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma- 1-2 years experience that relates directly to the above essential job functions/duties, equivalent industry experience acceptable- Experience working independently and with minimal supervision - Experience in coordinating project deliverables on large scale projects and tracking large amounts of data accurately- Basic knowledge/experience with process mapping and data modeling is preferred- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point presentation software preferred
