Overview
The Seasonal Landscaper at CFC Properties will assist in maintaining property grounds.
Responsibilities
This is a full time seasonal, 6 month position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8:00a-4:00p
• Mowing property grounds, weed trimming • Plant, weed, prune, mulch and water plants & shrubs• Assist in the daily/weekly inspection of grounds
• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required
• 1-2 years landscaping experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand, walk for long periods of time• Able to lift, bend, crouch, kneel, stoop
• Able to lift 50 pounds
