Salary :
Cook Hospital & Care Center is in search of a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to manager and execute our marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute all marketing efforts including the Hospitals brand, services, and job advertisements. This position will contribute to existing programs while developing new initiatives aligned with the goals of the Cook Hospital & Care Center.
Qualifications :
Minimum Education : Associates degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Education : Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience :
2 years of experience in marketing or related role.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing a robust marketing campaign, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Experience with budget planning
Essential Functions :
Create and implement a Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising.
Manage major projects including PR events, launches, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
Consult with all department Managers in creating marketing pieces for departments.
Manage creation and distribution of select internal and external newsletters, information meetings and employee recognition projects.
Assist with photographic services for newsletters, social media, and other collateral material.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates
Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
Assist in developing and implementing the companys brand strategy.
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvement processes, content, and lead generation.
Create compelling content that highlights company culture and values.
Create and assists with all special events related to Cook Hospital & Care Center (i.e. health fair, community events, etc.)
Help support the Heiam Foundation and Auxiliary
Provide analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and provide on-going reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer
Coordinate and hold the Marketing Meeting to provide strategic updates to members on the committee.
Recruitment Marketing
Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing campaigns.
Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
Develop and maintain recruitment marketing materials that align with the mission, vision, and values.
If applicable, work with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
Manage and update careers section on the company website.
Collaborate with CHRO to promote employee referral programs.
Other
Keeps the CHRO informed and abreast daily and / or as needed basis.
Conducts assignments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and employer communications.
Safeguards security and confidentiality of data / information according to HIPAA guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned by the CHRO or CEO
Attend required staff meetings.
Follow all infection control procedures pertaining to the specific position as well as facility wide.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The starting rate for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 depending on experience.
Benefits : Cook Hospital & Care Center is pleased to offer the following benefits to all regular full and part-time employees working a .5 FTE (20 hours / week) or above. Employees become eligible on the first day of the month following 90 days of their date of hire.
