Benefits: Cook Hospital & Care Center is pleased to offer the following benefits to all regular full and part-time employees working a .5 FTE (20 hours/week) or above. The unit clerk serves as a receptionist and secretary for nursing services, providing efficient unit function under the direction of the designated RN. The unit clerk will also perform nursing assistant duties as directed by the RN.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Active and in good standing with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry or current EMT licensure. Current BLS certification.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Ward Secretary, Unit Assistant or Medical Records training preferred.
Experience: Prior Hospital experience and/or secretary experience in a health care setting preferred.
