What You’ll Be Doing:
- Efficient Payment Processing – Use automated systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, matching them with source documents, securing approvals, and generating payments.
- Invoice Workflow Management – Oversee invoice workflows to ensure prompt vendor payments and efficient processing.
Reconciliation and Auditing – Reconcile accounts payable modules and vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Utility and Recurring Payment Management – Process utilities and recurring payments in accordance with established guidelines.
- Vendor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Tax Form Support – Assist in preparing tax forms (e.g., 1099s) and supporting vendor account reconciliation.
- File and Spreadsheet Maintenance – Keep vendor files and spreadsheets organized and up-to-date for easy access and tracking

The Basics:
- Education: An associate degree or related certification is preferred, but if you’ve got relevant experience, let’s talk!
- Experience: 2 years in accounts payable, with experience using automated systems preferred.
