Overview
The Director of Quality, at Cook Advanced Technologies, will be responsible for assuring that the quality system and policies are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization. Additionally, this person is responsible for overseeing effective operating processes and procedures, to ensure compliance and successful completion of R&D and production deliverables. This individual will also ensure that procedures within the Cook AT Business System are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring that the organization performs and is managed compliantly, efficiently and effectively;
- Fulfill management responsibilities as outlined in QMS documents;
- Develop and refine QMS documents to adequately cover scope of operations;
- Serve as Quality Management Representative;
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the companys efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated;
- Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations with respect to Quality ;
- Serve as Process Owner for multiple Cook AT processes ; and
- Monitor updates to external standards, laws, regulations and expectations that may impact Cook AT business .
