We are currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist to provide leadership in the areas of employee relations, training and development, and to back up the HR Representative in all other HR responsibilities. We are currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist to provide leadership in the areas of employee relations, training and development, and to back up the HR Representative in all other HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will have experience in HR, be a team player and have the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting Cook AT employees and management.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance regarding employee handbook, benefits enrollment and information, leaves/FMLA, policies and procedures
- Assist with new hire enrollment/orientation to Cook AT/Cook Medical/Cook Group systems and culture
- Assist with scheduling and attending employee reviews
- Assist in coordinating and conducting exit interviews
- Assist in establishing training requirements for each job function at Cook AT/MED
- Maintain training database to track initial and recurring training
- Assist in developing new positions, when needed
- Assist with the recruiting process including screening applicants, coordinating and conducting interviews, and navigating the ATS (iCIMS)
- Develop and maintain Job Functions, and Job Descriptions
- Assist with employee recognition, coordinate luncheons/catering, and assist with event planning and other tasks as needed
- Train for and serve as back-up for the full range of HR responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required, PHR preferred, and experience in Human Resources (minimum three years, preferred)
- Working experience with iCIMS, and Microsoft Teams, preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Knowledge of legal requirements for human resource issues
- Excellent people/relational skills

- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
