- Must have effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.
- Must strictly adhere to and enforce Cook Clinic Employee Manual, Cook Code of Conduct, HIPAA & OSHA regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology required
- 1-2 years technician experience in medical office environment; primary care preferred
- Current CMA or LPN preferred
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
- Previous multi-line phone & customer service experience
- Ability to walk & stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
- Able to lift 20 pounds occasionally
