Responsibilities
- Create buy-in and alignment for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop life cycle and marketing plans to communicate digital product strategies to the entire organization
- Define a set of high quality, cross-functional and simple digital products based on input, strategy and vision of AI and customers
- Develop detailed, professional business requirements that can be used to create digital product specifications and architecture
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities
- Work closely with Project Managers and AI resource managers to ensure products meet commitments
- Directing, planning, organizing and coordinating with team members in cross functional settings.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects through various stages of development and approval
- Interact professionally throughout all levels of the global organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork across local and globally virtual teams

Work Experience and Education
- 4 year degree; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
- Experience with user-driven, digital and AI strategy
- Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
- International and domestic travel as required
- Works under general office environment conditions
- Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA
