Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. Duties
- Manage and maintain all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery and equipment, including logic controllers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues or areas for improvement in facility operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility operations.
- Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and schedules.
