Our Restaurant Food Service Manager are hands on managers, working side by side with the team strengthening teamwork and customer service, creating an amazing visit for every customer. We are seeking managers at all levels with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment. Our managers need to be able to run all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant business. They need to have proven success of coaching and training a large team.
Restaurant Food Service Manager Requirements include:
-1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus)
-Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
-Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
-Ability to multitask
- Experience meeting/exceeding targeted standards including food, labor, paper cost through effect planning and training of team

- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper training in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to create menus that meet nutritional guidelines and customer preferences.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance overall dining experience.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient food service management.
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, banquet management, or similar food service roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent shift management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in supervising staff, ensuring high performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and menu planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management.
