Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to join our team. As a foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential and commercial tree work and landscaping projects from start to finish. Our main field is tree services, including all aspects of tree work. Your role will involve ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction, organizing and managing the crew, operating heavy machinery (such as trucks, trailers, skid steers, spider lifts, stump grinders, excavators, chainsaws, chippers, etc.) safely and effectively, and communicating with owner on jobs.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage residential and commercial outdoor projects (such as tree work and landscaping)
- Be flexible with scheduling, adapting to obstacles, and problem solving in order to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction
- Collaborate with other companies, subcontractors, and other agencies to ensure project specifications are met and relationships are maintained
- Maintain proper safety procedures for yourself and crew members on jobsites at all times
- Operate heavy machinery (such as trucks, trailers, skid steers, spider lifts, stump grinders, excavators, chainsaws, chippers, etc.) safely and effectively
-Manage crew and schedule through Jobber management software
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets our high standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tree service required
- Strong knowledge of residential contracting processes, techniques, and tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment as mentioned above
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Valid drivers license required, ability to pass DOT drug test, Class A CDL is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining workplace safety

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
