We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems including plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Assist in coordinating tasks for efficiency.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain facility aesthetics.
- Weld components when necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while supervising others when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Experience with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of welding processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
