Cook's Heating and Air Conditioning Specialists is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Duties include:
- Answering phones and talking to customers.
- Assessing customer needs and setting forth a plan of action.
- Scheduling appointments to meet customer needs.
- Working with existing team to manage a technician schedule.
- Quickly respond to changes and immerging needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer Service experience highly preferred.
- Call taking experience highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Microsoft proficient and ability to use computer and phone systems.
- Moderate computer skill with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Must have working knowledge of North Central Florida and be able to route calls accordingly to minimize drive time.
