Underground Utility Foreman

Job description

Our team is looking for an experienced Utilities Foreman to join our team. As a foreman, your job duties will also include supervising crews, laying out jobs, and tracking production.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, inspectors, and engineers.

Requirements & Skills

• Knowledgeable in the areas of municipal and private waterline/sewer line installation.
• Experience with layout, figuring grades, and coordination of crew.
• Experience with all types of heavy equipment for the installation of underground utilities.
• Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

• Plan construction processes.
• Assures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
• 5 years of experience as a utility foreman.

Certifications

• OSHA 30 Construction
• First Aid, CPR, & AED Training
