Cook Shell Contractors is seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager / Superintendent to oversee and manage our shell construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently coordinate all aspects of multiple projects, including material procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control. The position will require frequent travel across Florida, including Palm Beach County, Martin County and surrounding areas, ensuring smooth execution and high standards across job sites. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations on multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Travel between project sites in Northern Florida to provide hands-on leadership and supervision.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate activities across all trades to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Take full responsibility for ordering all required materials (equipment, block, lumber, etc.) in a timely manner to keep projects on track.
• Maintain and adjust project schedules and timelines as necessary to optimize resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and field teams to resolve issues and provide progress updates.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to provide a secure and productive work environment.
• Maintain proper documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
