Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $22 - $24 hour DOE
What youll do:
The accounting assistant is responsible for supporting security & ATM technicians and management, as well as external banking customers, by performing the following administrative and general accounting duties:
1. Review and verify hours and on calls on technicians weekly timecards.
2. Meet bi-weekly payroll deadlines by verifying timesheet hours from assigned center.
3. Invoice all service tickets weekly as timesheets are reviewed and approved.
4. Review open service call reports weekly and oversee the invoicing of all completed service
calls through communication with technician, service dispatch and service manager.
5. Support and obtain information over the phone for technicians.
6. Add job expenses in operating system from expense reports.
7. Submerge into the Cook Solutions Group culture, which is "taking care of the customer"
and "We Make It Happen" motto.
8. Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree from accredited college or university is preferred; 2-4 years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite knowledge.
