Job Description:
This position requires an experienced, versatile Analyst to support fundraising technology in both an on call and onsite capacity. The person serves as the primary ITS representative in charge of planning and executing technology needs for virtual and in person events. Responsible for the overall event technology success which includes but is not limited to; evaluating the event scope to acquire and coordinate all technology needs whether provided by the organization or a vendor partner, set up of equipment, testing software functionality, network, and telephone connectivity. When onsite, is responsible for set up, maintenance, support, and tear down of all application and hardware technologies.
The following skills are required for success in this position:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable interacting both one on one, in groups and in the conduct of meetings.
• Advanced knowledge of computers, operating systems, working knowledge of network infrastructure and comfort with coding languages.
• Must have strong knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems as well as Apple OS/iOS and advanced knowledge of iOS operating systems.
• Previous working experience with ticketing software such as JIRA, collaboration platforms such as Confluence, and the AGILE software development cycle a plus.
• Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license. May travel up to 50% of the time
• Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience combining technical, analytical and functional experience.
