We are currently seeking a RN Supervisor for our 7p-7a Baylor program , every Saturday and Sunday. You work 24 hours and get paid for 32.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff during the 7p to 7a shift Saturday and Sunday, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
- Manage patient care activities, including IV insertion and catheterization, while providing support and guidance to nursing staff.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Proven management and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and basic life support
- Familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Point Click Care
- Experience in critical care, long-term care, and assisted living environments
- Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology
- Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
