Types of recurring tasks include completing RFPs and DDQs (requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires) for existing and potential mandates, writing responses to client and consultant requests, producing quarterly marketing materials, filling out databases to ensure consultants and prospects can find the firms’ strategies when considering allocations, and using software such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and APX to run and analyze data. The role involves working with key professionals and other full-time Associates on rotational tasks and other various projects as needed by the partners and other members of the firm. Candidates will be expected to assume a high degree of responsibility and show initiative early on.
