Seasonal fuel oil driver position available. Top Pay - OT.
Suffolk County. Must have clean CDL with proper endorsements and be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
Trainees considered with clean license and proper endorsements, could lead to a F/T position. Medical card required. TWIC card a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Expected hours: 40-60 per week
Work Location: On the road
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect payments from customers, if required
Skills:
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules accurately
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
