Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, styling, and other salon services for children
- Create a friendly, engaging atmosphere for kids and their families
- Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide parents with styling and haircare recommendations
- Manage customer appointments and inquiries
- Operate the POS system for transactions and daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Michigan Cosmetology License
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Schedule Options:
- 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available
- Weekend and weekday shifts (rotating schedule)
- Options for part-time or full-time hours (10-30 hours per week)
Location: Canton, MI 48187 (must be able to commute or relocate before starting work)
