Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids now hiring a receptionist at our location in Rockville Centre, NY. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy being part of a team environment. You should have great interpersonal skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests to the Salon, determine their needs, and ensure they are comfortable
- Understand the Point of Sale (POS) system to manage and coordinate appointment book, execute payment transactions, and manage supply inventory
- Understand and be able to explain the services and products the salon offers
- Answer the phone, monitor social media and respond to emails
- Maintain cleanliness of a salon and support stylists
