What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Receptionist position at Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids?
Our salon is a high-energy and fast-paced environment designed to make haircuts fun for kids! The hours for this position will be Saturday 9:20am - 6:00pm and Sunday 10:50am - 5:00pm and Friday afternoons 3pm - 6pm with opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Reliability and an outgoing, positive attitude are a must for this position!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments, ring clients out
- Assist stylists in keeping the salon clean and the flow of appointments smooth
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Reliable, positive, and kind
- Comfortable using a Point of Sale system
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
