At Cookie Plug, we’re not just a bakery—we’re a vibe! We mix street culture with delicious, oversized cookies to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers. What you'll do:
- Bake: Whip up our signature thick, delicious cookies that are part cookie, part cake, and part brownie.
- Clean & Restock: Keep the shop fresh and tidy, from restocking cookie supplies to ensuring the store is spotless and ready for customers.
- Vibe: Keep the store’s energy high with positive vibes and awesome customer service.
- Sell: Help customers find their favorite flavors and make sure they leave with a smile (and a bag full of cookies).
- Adapt: Work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key and flexibility is your best friend.
- Engage: Interact with customers and team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
- Stay on Your Toes: Be ready to stand and move around for your entire shift—our cookies aren’t the only things on the go!
- Create: Assist with store displays that showcase our cookies in the freshest, most creative ways.
- Party: Work with a team that knows how to mix fun with hard work. We hustle, but we do it with a beat!
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A passion for cookies, street culture, and customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
- Strong interactive skills to engage with customers and teammates
- A positive, can-do attitude that makes everyone’s day a little sweeter
- Flexibility and commitment to work shifts, including weekends
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (cookie baking is an art, after all)
- The stamina to stand and move around for your entire shift—because we’re always on the move
- Experience in food service is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm is a must!
