Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions and processing payments efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing away dishes to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food products.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
