Purpose
The Director of Digital Marketing will lead and optimize our organization's digital ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, from traffic and traffic sources (ad, SEO listing, website) through conversion. With a strong analytical mindset, you will drive measurable success across digital KPIs, implement insights-driven strategies, and oversee platforms and tools that support business growth and customer engagement. The Director of Digital Marketing will support all TRP Locations.
Core Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Oversee and optimize e-commerce performance to achieve revenue and growth goals.Manage paid advertising campaigns and identify opportunities in new paid channels to expand reach and ROI.Monitor and report on digital KPIs - Utilizing GA4 and other analytics platforms to analyze performance data and inform decision-making.Build, maintain and communicate a roadmap for ongoing website improvements by working closely with key cross-functional partnersDrive SEO strategy with agency partner including content improvements, keyword optimization, link building and other activities to improve authority, traffic and engagementCreate and implement an A / B testing strategy and prioritization to optimize engagement and increase conversion ratesManage and optimize the organization's presence across consolidated listing platforms such as Yelp, Google My Business (GMB), Leafly, and others.Oversee integration with third-party platforms to streamline customer experience and product visibility.Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging digital presence.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the digital landscape.Qualifications :
Required :
Passion for and knowledgeable about CannabisPassion for cannabis CultureProficient in Word Press, Dutchie and AIQExcellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work cross functionally with teamsExcellent problem-solving skillsAble to clearly outline objectives, and create, assess and evaluate timelinesConsistently delivers high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail.Works effectively under tight deadlines, respond to changing priorities and coordinate multiple assignments and meet deadlinesRefined proficiency in creative writing, public speaking, and interpersonal business communication.Preferred :

Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
