Core Responsibilities

- Execute tasks in the garden based on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain collaborative checklists as assigned.
- IPM Supervisor Responsibilities :
Directs Team Communication :
Conducts weekly IPM / Cultivation meetings to keep all staff informed of IPM activities scheduled throughout the week
Daily monitoring and scouting of pest and disease including physically inspecting sticky cards and plants
Heat mapping per building per room
Implement the "I Do, We Do, You Do" Training Philosophy
Worker Protection Standard / FDACS operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects
Sprayers, foggers, etc.
Ordering BCA's and related materials from approved vendors
30 / 60 / 90 Day Reviews will be held for all IPM Technicians to reflect on what has been achieved as well as areas of improvement

Work Environment :
This role operates in a warehouse with several environmentally controlled spaces. Environments inside cultivation spaces are subject to large variations in humidity, CO2, temperature, and light exposure. This role routinely uses mechanical, spray, and lighting equipment.
Exposure to possible allergens, irritants (organic and chemical) and potential loud noises
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel :
This position may require light travel.
